Landon and Van came to hang out with Delilah while Jason was helping Jared get rid of the pool table! YES!!!! It was a lot of fun having the boys over, Delilah got to "Work out" as Landon puts it. Van was on her Pooh train and Delilah was pushing him around the house, Van got to kick back and enjoy the ride. After playing for a while we finally decided it was movie time and what goes great with movies......POPCORN!!!!! Those boys love popcorn, and Landon was nice and shared with Delilah! Don't know if her had much choice, Delilah was helping herself, but he was a good sport about it, and let her dive in! We are thankful that Jason, Brandon, Josh, & Craig could help Jared move the pool table, and LeAnn and I got to play with the kids, which was the best part! Delilah sure loves her cousins, and was glad they got to hang out with her for the night!Delilah lately loves her braclets, she wears them everywhere in the house. As you can see she also likes to have her purse with her, most the time she has two, but today only one! She likes to put the braclets on, and then take them off, this game can last for hours with her! I love that she is wanting to be more girly, it is fun for momma!!!

This was Delilah's first Easter that she could enjoy, it was really fun watching her. We did a trial run before we went to Grandma's house, and put some eggs in the yard, she did great at finding them, and throwing them into the basket. When we gave her the Easter basket, she was more interested in what Daddy had in his. She found his eggs with candy, and cracked them open and went in for the jelly beans. Once we got to Grandma & Grandpa's and started there egg hunt Delilah was at first more interested in following her cousins to see what they were going for. Once we showed her some eggs we were back to square one with her breaking them, and trying to get the candy out! We had a good Easter, lots of candy and fun things!

Delilah is starting to like to dress up, she loves the Purse that Uncle Brandon and Aunt Makenna gave her in her Easter basket!

Great Grandma Lois bought these outfits for the girls, and they sure looked cute on the two of them!

During our trip to Wyoming, we learned that Delilah and her cousin Lily both have a favorite blanket, Delilah thought that they should both be her's but Lily made sure that she got her's at the end of the day even if she had to lay on it so Delilah would not take it!

What kid doesn't like a little ranch with their nuggets? Delilah thought it was the best thing!

This is Delilah's first big fall, the was playing on her rocking chair and slipped and bit into her tongue, it was very scary for Jared, lucky for me I was at work, or I would have freaked out....she cried a little bit, but not to much, it healed up in no time!

As you can see, we will have to watch Delilah, she wants to get into everything! We have to keep most doors closed....this little girl like to get into and onto everything!

This little girl loves the tree and all that comes with it! As you can see the bows do not belong on the packages, if there was one there isn't anymore! She has pulled them all off!!! She also has enjoyed using the presents as drink holders. She puts her cup on the gifts, then plays a little then comes back to the drink. She has learned the art of trying to hide things in the tree whether its her sippy cup, clothing, or her play cell phone. We have learned at our home that any decorations on the tree need to start 1/3 the way up, Grandma Merkley has hers on the bottom, which makes Delilah very happy, but not Grandma because Delilah takes them off, plays with them, and sometimes even manages to brake them. Christmas has been an adventure this year, with all the new decorations, and things to play with. Most of all Delilah loves the tree with the lights on, she touches the bulbs with such care, we are lucky that she is gentle with them!!! Hope everyone has a great Christmas, New Years is just around the corner!

My little girl turned 1 on December 1st! I can't believe how big she is getting, it just seemed like yesterday when she was born! Here is a pic of her cake and a few other fun ones........

Trick or Treat!!! Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween. We spend it visiting some family in town! Delilah was so excited at Grandma's house that it was hard to get a lot of good picks, but here is one where it shows most her outfit, she was out little butterfly!

Delilah is taking after her big cousins Landon and Van, she is starting to love apples! Thanks boys for your love of apples, it is a sweet treat that takes time to eat, and I love it!!!!

Delilah is ready to bust a move, you better move out of the way because if not she will make you move! She is loving walking, she does it all the time now. She will crawl only to get into lower places. It has been fun to watch her really try. Since the wedding she is on a roll! She also love to get into thing that she shouldn't so we have the locks on the doors now to stop this crazy kid!

This is Delilah all dressed up for her Uncle Brandon and Makenna's wedding. She is a little messy because she thought she should eat everything!

We all got sick the end of September, and since then Delilah has been our little cuddle bug when she gets out of the bath! She loves staying all warm in her towel and lets me hold her. Which now rarely happens.

Delilah's favorite song that I sing is "You are my sunshine" For some reason that clams her down if she is upset!

Jared took down our big mirror in our bathroom, and we had it in the living room for awhile, and Delilah found a new friend! She loved playing with the mirror and looking at herself. She even gave it a kiss.....I can't believe how fast she grows! It just seems like yesterday she was born, and now she is 9 1/2 months old!!!

Delilah has a new bath toy, she has lot of fun with it! In fact one morning before church she was dancing and playing in the tub, and then she got really quiet. So I went to check on her, and there was a suprise in the tub! So Jared came in and with the plastic bag got rid of the poo, and while she stood in the tub, she started pooing again, so I grabbed her threw her on the toilet and she finished her time in there. Needless to say we were late for church because of her loving the tub!

It has been a while since I have posted anything, I will update you on a few things.

1. Delilah got her first front two teeth at the begining of August!

2. She crawls around like she owns the house!

3. She got her next set of top two teeth at the begining of September!

4. That followed shortly with one long night of her in pain and crying, the next day

she had two more teeth.

5. She has started walking!!!! She doesn't do it to much, just two or three steps here or there.

6. She can in a way say dad, dadda, and a little bit of mom

7. Her two most favorite things are bath time, and dancing with music!

This was my first trip to Wyoming and I got to spend it

with my Cousin Lily!!! We had lots of fun, Lily

started to walk more,and I started to sit up better!!!

We had so much fun, I can't wait to

spend more time with her soon!!!
